wHAT DOES OUR LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?
Here are the terms for all products that include a lifetime warranty:
Our warranty covers the product to be free of manufacturer defects for the life of the machine, for the original owner. The lifetime warranty applies to the machine or main product, any included accessories have a 1 year warranty. The lifetime warranty excludes upholstery, paint scratches and normal wear and tear. All frames, pulleys, cables, bearings, guide rods and machine components are covered by the lifetime warranty. Upholstery is warrantied if it arrives damaged and is reported within 72 hours of receiving. Upholstery can be misused by resting weights on it, standing on it, sitting down with sharp objects in your pockets such as keys etc. This is why it is not common to warranty upholstery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
In stock items ship within 2-5 business days.
WHAT IS THE TRANSIT TIME ONCE MY ORDER SHIPS?
Orders weighing less than 150 pounds ship via Fedex Ground. For orders over 150 pounds, we ship with an LTL freight carrier. When your shipment is close to its destination, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Warehouse Location and Shipping Times: Our warehouses are located in California and Texas. Transit time is typically 3-5 business days depending on location. Please note that the above descriptions are generalizations. The actual shipping time may be affected by many factors, including traffic conditions, weather conditions, and requirements of the transportation service provider.

HOW DOES SHIPPING FOR HOME GYMS WORK?
Home gyms are shipped on a pallet via LTL carries. Free shipping includes curb side delivery. The next step is to open the crate and carry the pieces to where they will be assembled. If you are unable to do this step and you are hiring an installer, you can pay your installer a little extra to do this part for you. If you would like the delivery driver to bring the pallet inside a garage or double doors, this service can be purchased at an additional cost via email. These are heavy pallets moved by heavy duty pallet jacks, do not request inside delivery if you are concerned about damaging your floor as this request is at your own risk. Inside delivery is not always possible and limited by the delivery environment such as incline driveways and steps.
