FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS FOR HOME GYMS?
Delivery Appointments
Home gyms are shipped in crates via LTL freight carriers. The carrier will call you to schedule an delivery appointment prior to arrival. You or someone you designate will need to be present on delivery day. You have 3 business days to accept delivery from the day the carrier calls to schedule an appointment. If you are not reachable or not able to accept delivery, the freight carrier may apply storage fees to your order. If you need assistance accommodating your schedule or timing your delivery, send us an email and we will do our best to help.

Curbside Delivery Only
All freight deliveries are curbside with lift gate service. Home gym crates are extremely heavy and are not easily moved up driveways with a pallet jack. If the driveway is flat, most drivers will happily help accommodate your requests to move the machine closer to your garage or sometimes inside your garage. Every situation is different and that decision is at the sole discretion of the delivery driver. Moving heavy equipment with heavy duty pallet jacks can damage floors. Requesting to move beyond the curb is at your own risk and is not recommended for premium driveways or epoxy floors. Once your machine is delivered, the best process is to open the crate and carry the pieces to where it will be assembled.

Refused Shipments
If an order is refused upon delivery. The customer will be responsible for all outbound and return shipping charges, handling fees and any applicable restocking fees.

Truck Size
Deliveries are typically made using large 40-60ft freight trucks. They cannot drive on gravel or or narrow private roads, in some cases the shipment may need to be dropped at the main road where you can transfer pieces to a vehicle to drive up to a private residence. Or sometimes picked up from your local freight terminal. If the carrier contacts you regarding difficulty delivering to your address or truck size, please notify us right away so we can assist.

Delivery Changes & Fees
Please notify us right away if you need to update your shipping address or shipping details. Once the order has left our warehouse, changing the delivery address or timeline may result in additional fees applied by the freight carrier. These fees will need to be paid before delivery and will be discussed with you prior to collection.

Delivery Damage
In the event of damage occurring during transit, we have your back completely. Please make sure to notate any damage on the shipping BOL that the shipper will have you sign. This is an important part of the claims process and we'll need it if internal damage is later found. After noting damage to the BOL, proceed with unpacking and inspecting your order. Most damage to exterior crates does not carry into the internal components as we package our machines very well. If interior damage is found, please send us a detailed email and our parts department will quickly assist with replacement parts. We'll handle the claim with the freight carrier on resolve it on our end.
