Warranty Details

Our warranty covers the product to be free of manufacturer defects for the life of the machine, for the original owner. The lifetime warranty applies to the machine or main product, any included accessories have a 1 year warranty. The lifetime warranty excludes upholstery, paint scratches and normal wear and tear. All frames, pulleys, cables, bearings, guide rods and machine components are covered by the lifetime warranty. Upholstery is warrantied if it arrives damaged and is reported within 72 hours of receiving. Upholstery can be misused by resting weights on it, standing on it, sitting down with sharp objects in your pockets such as keys etc. This is why it is not common to warranty upholstery.

Tip: If you plan to be dropping and cleaning, bumper plates would be preferred. Other than dropping and deadlifting, Olympic grip plates (such as these racer plates) are generally better in all other areas. Easier to handle, smaller, multi purpose, use them for exercises etc.
Tip: Plates are lightly sprayed with a protective oil coating before packaging to prevent mold and rust. The easiest way to remove it is with a dry rag.
