The HD1 series is our flagship design that we consider to be the best value for a properly spec’d and built machine. The HD1 and HD1-S are the same machine, but the S includes a smith machine. If you’re tight on space, check out the BX2 which is our compact version. The BX2 includes most of the same great features.
A commercial grade, high capacity smith machine with more range of motion than competing models. Our custom design has a starting bar height of 11" which is much lower than most popular models that start between 15" and 20". This low starting point is desirable for users looking to deadlift or hip thrust. A high finish point of 78" will allow most users to accomplish standing overhead press or push press.
At the heart of the HD1-S you’ll find the sought after 7.5FT, 11 gauge, 3X3 frame with 1” holes which brings you maximum durability and aftermarket capability for any additional attachments you may want to add in the future.
The cable section delivers well thought-out functionality. The 2:1 cable ratio on the functional trainer gives buttery smooth action for all your accessory movements. The dedicated high towers deliver a heavier load with a 1:1 cable ratio for slower, heavier pulls. This station not only gives you twice the usable weight but also solves the common overhead alignment problem found on standard machines. The HD1S delivers a proper form lat pulldown, directly overhead with a heavy cable ratio and lat seat included.

Common Questions
Do you have an assembly guide?
We do! The current assembly video is for older version that had the smith machine brackets facing the inside. An updated video is being made now and this note will be removed when that video is live. The version one video on this product page can be used for everything except the smith portion which has two changes. The smith guide rods and racking columns now install on the outside, not facing in like in the video. Everything else is the same. New video on the way!
How does this compare to the BX2?
The BX2 is essentially a compact version of the HD1-S. The biggest difference is that the HD models have a much larger frame which is designed to be compatible with aftermarket attachments that dont work on smaller frames. The HD models are also taller which can work better for taller users. We built a lot of the same features into the BX2 as we did on the HD models and the BX2 comes with a lot of the same attachments. Because the BX2 uses a compact smaller frame, it is not compatible with aftermarket attachments. That being said, the BX2 is a beast and we consider it to be one of the best options for compact spaces. It also comes with a low range smith, 1:1 & 2:1 cable ratios and high capacity. If space is not a concern, the HD models will give a little more convivence and be more upgradable. If you're in your older years or working around injuries, the BX2 could be a better choice as everything on that machine is lighter and easier to set up.
How wide are the uprights?
All Olympic squat racks are about 47" wide across all brands and models because an Olympic barbell determines the width. The space between the barbells sleeves. Our width is 47.25"
What about leg extensions and leg curls?
We will not be making a rack attach leg ext/curl. They take up a lot of space when not in use, difficult to install because they are heavy and harder to get on because you have to mount them high. For those reasons most customers prefer a bench attached leg option that comes off easy and smaller to store when not in use.

Building my home gym with great Blazzed equipment. The preacher curl attachment is a must for the X4 bench. I also got the legs attachment and will add the AB attachment too.
Amazing piece of equipment! Very easy to assemble. Only took a couple hours. Everything is smooth and rock solid. I spent months researching these types of machines and feel I made the best choice. Also was very happy that when one of the pieces to assemble was laser cut wrong, customer service got me the right piece in only a couple days. If youre reading this and on the fence about it I thing you'll be really happy with it. I have a bunch of friends who come over and use it all the time and they are stoked about it as well!
I could not be happier with my purchase. I love my hd1. I was initially going to go with another rack but a targeted ad on Instagram showed me the hd1 and as soon as I watched the highlight video I was sold. Assembly was not super difficult, the instructional video is extremely helpful. And customer support was excellent with helping me troubleshoot an issue I had. Wonderful product, super premium.

Build was relatively easy but time consuming, took roughly 6 hours alone to build. YouTube video was a huge help.
Still waiting on the weights to ship which is kinda lame as everything was ordered a month ago and the only item that said there would be a delay was the captains a chair.
Overall very happy with the purchase just wish I could use it !!!
Got it all set up love it so far, had some issues with the shipping company but Blazzed customer service was really helpful and great at communicating with me.

1) Support via text, email & social media was very consistent & timely. All my questions were answered.
2) Delivery through Estes was very very smooth. I was able to call them to reschedule and received a call back with confirmation within 15min. The delivery driver brought the pallet a solid 150ft away from the road to my garage.
3) The products itself is just very comprehensive and solid, no beating around the bush. The smith machine is smooth with strong resistance, the pulleys are very smooth and are paired with 2x 200lb stacks. There's also a 1:1 low row cable set-up with a provided foot plate. The functional arms are uncanny in their articulation and durability. You can really do a ton with them. The rack arrives with a few accessories for cable exercises as well.
Had a couple of small hiccups during assembly that Blazzed quickly resolved. The HD2-S is very well built and super smooth. I'm very happy with my purchase.
The bx2 is amazing, took me about 8 hours to put together by myself with all add on’s. Love this machine and was worth every penny. The support respond immediately too if you have any questions.

The HD2 itself is excellent. It is extremely well built, feels commercial grade, and Blazzed Fitness support has been very fast and responsive whenever I have had a question.
My biggest criticism is the assembly documentation. There are really no written directions. Each step is basically just a diagram showing part numbers, with little to no explanation of what should be installed first or why. The cables are not clearly identified or labeled in the instructions, so you have to look at the diagrams and essentially guess which cable goes where.
I was able to figure everything out, but because the proper assembly sequence was not explained, I installed part of the unit in an order that later prevented me from installing the arms. I ended up having to take apart a significant portion of what I had already assembled to correct it. A detailed assembly video would solve most of these issues.
Overall, I am very happy with the HD2 and would absolutely recommend it. The quality of the equipment and customer support are excellent. The assembly instructions simply need to be brought up to the same standard as the product.
In the two weeks I’ve had the HD1, I’ve been impressed. I wanted a quality, budget friendly home gym and this delivers. Assembly was easier than I anticipated, investing ~ 7 hours to complete. Assembly instructions could be improved, but otherwise I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Blazzed customer service was outstanding!!! I ordered the wrong part for the rack that was very clearly marked so %100 my fault and they had no problem working with me. I have been a gym rat and athlete for over 50 years and have used a lot of equipment. The HD1 is as good as any I have ever used. It is as sturdy as my son's Rogue power rack, with 10 times the functionality and less cost. I upgraded my home gym with it. I waited to review until I received and used my 1:1 low pulley kit. Everything works great. Assembly was no problem for me solo between the instructions and video. I recommend this to anyone who wants a truly useful full-body home gym. My only nitpick is that the holes in the weight stacks do not all line up, requiring you to pull up the rod to insert the pin on many of them.
This was the absolute best machine I’ve come across and had to build. The instructions are so clear and concise that it’s almost impossible to mess it up. Outside of that everything is just as expected or even greater!
