1. OPEN DESIGN

The open-frame design of the bar enables easy stepping in and out, without restricting the lower body's range of motion. This versatility makes the bar ideal for a diverse range of movements, including lunges and carrying exercises.

2. DEADLIFT JACK

Tilting the bar up on its feet with the built-in deadlift jack significantly simplifies the process of loading and unloading plates. The metal liners on the feet also serve to extend the life of the bar. Make it more stable and durable. 

3.DUAL KNURLED HANDLES

The dual handles offer two distinct grip diameters, with measurements of 28mm and 38mm, accompanied by a medium diamond-knurled grip for enhanced holding stability.
