The HD1 series is our flagship design that we consider to be the best value for a properly spec’d and built machine. The HD1 and HD1-S are the same machine, but the S includes a smith machine. At the heart of the HD1 you’ll find the sought after 7.5FT, 11 gauge, 3X3 frame with 1” holes which brings you maximum durability and aftermarket capability for any additional attachments you may want to add in the future.
The cable section delivers well thought-out functionality. The 2:1 cable ratio on the functional trainer gives buttery smooth action for all your accessory movements. The dedicated high towers deliver a heavier load with a 1:1 cable ratio for slower, heavier pulls. This station not only gives you twice the usable weight but also solves the common overhead alignment problem found on standard machines. The HD1 delivers a proper form lat pulldown, directly overhead with a heavy cable ratio and lat seat included.

Common Questions
Do you offer assembly?
We do! There is an assembly link in the shopping menu of our website if you would like to get a quote or hire an installer. We recommend waiting to purchase that service until your machine arrives.
How wide are the uprights?
All Olympic squat racks are about 47" wide, across all brands and models because an Olympic barbell determines the width. The space between the barbells sleeves. HD1 width is 47.25"
Why do some pictures show trolley handles on the inside and some on outside?
Like many parts of the HD models, its preference and can install either way. The user manual will recommend mounting them to the inside which keeps them out of the way of plates during free weight training. Most find them avoidable and prefer exterior mounting. If you change your mind after install, you can disassemble the trolley and reverse it without taking apart the machine. It can easily be done with 2 sets of hands in under 5 minutes.
What other parts have install preference?
Trolley handles inside or out.
Pull-up bar fat grip in the front or rear.
Rear cross bar placement.
Weight stack stickers on the inside or outside.
Low row foot port on the left or right side.
Barbell storage hook in the rear, side or interior.
Plate storage on the sides, rear, mounted inside the frame on back cross bars or mounted on the wall.
Do you offer heavier weight stacks?
We don't, because it eats valuable cable travel needed for a 1:1 ratio. You can use the HD adder pin listed in the gym attachments category to add additional weight to the stack. Keep in mind, our towers are @ 115% which gives a true 230lb pull.
What about leg extensions and leg curls?
We will not be making a rack attach leg ext/curl. They take up a lot of space when not in use. They are more difficult to install because they are heavy and harder to get on because you have to mount them high above the cable for full range. For those reasons most customers prefer a bench attached leg option that comes off easy and smaller to store when not in use. Or a dedicated leg ext/curl machine if you have the space.
Can the row plate be mounted on either side?
Yes, you can choose which side you install the port on during the assembly process.

I did a bunch of research before purchasing the HD1. From my understanding, it was suppose to be the best bang for your buck. Is that ever an understatement! I absolutely love everything about the HD1. I’m really surprised at how heavy duty it is. The bolts that hold everything together are 3 times the diameter of my old equipment! Setup was easy following the online setup video. Every time I use this thing I still can’t believe that I own equipment that is this nice. It’s seriously better equipment than any equipment I’ve used at the gym. The pulley systems are incredibly smooth. I’d recommend the HD1 to anybody looking for a home gym.
After what seems like months of trying to decide on an all-in-one , the HD1-S was no doubt the one I wanted. This machine exceeded any expectations I had in build quality, function just plain visual appeal. The build is every bit commercial grade and the cable and smith are extremely smooth. I’ve really missed the option of a cable system in my home gym and this just feels great and options endless. The new updated assembly video was a total life saver. Every once in a while I’d refer to the manual most was done using the video only.
I couldn’t be happier with my HD1. The build quality is outstanding, it’s incredibly smooth to use, and it’s completely transformed my garage gym. The 7’5” frame is perfect for taller lifters, and the dual 200 lb weight stacks have been more than enough for my training. Customer service has also been excellent, they were responsive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend the Blazzed HD1.

The Blazzed HD1 far exceeded my expectations! I was looking at a few different rack sets with the Blazzed HD1 being one of them. What really helped me make the decision to get the HD1 was the comparison video and the clear advantages the HD1 had over others. I knew looking at the HD1 along with the specs it was going to be a great machine, by when it arrived and I started putting it together you could tell the quality was at another level and at that point I knew I made the right decision.
The 11 gauge 3x3 steel and the bolts! Such heavy duty materials. The functionality, the included equipment, the 1:1 and 2:1 ration pulleys. Everything was designed and very thought out! I researched nearly 6 months before deciding on a company to go with for the multifunctional trainer. I can’t find anything to complain about here. Equipment shipped within a week and was at my house. Setup took me two evenings and when I can across an issue, I emailed the customer service directly and they noticed my error from a handful of pictures. Was up and running the next night. This thing is a beast and really all I need in a home gym. Quality seems insane for the price. The screws for this thing will make most men insecure. I have recommended this to anyone I can.

After doing tons of research, I was convinced that the HD1s was the right build-out for me. It was very well packaged and shipped and very easy to assemble. Everything runs smooth as silk and has been awesome for my wife and I to use. Everything is heavy duty and feels more commercial than a standard consumer cable cage. Just excellent overall and can't recommend enough.
Very happy with my HD1S. The Smith bar was a little uneven. I had to loosen the nuts and add a washer to get it to rest evenly. Otherwise very happy with it so far!
So far I love the HD1S! Cables are very smooth and the quality is punching much higher than its weight class in regards to cost! Shipping was simple, albeit delayed due to the nature of the origin company, but was expected.
I just received the HD1S. The freight company couldn't back down my driveway but he managed to get it out of the highway so I had to unbox everything and haul it from the end of my road to the garage which was a workout in itself. 😂 For those who might wonder what's in that small wooden box on top of the big crate don't plan on picking it up and throwing it around unless you're the hulk or something because it's 435 lb. Haha.

There wasn't one bolt screw washer nut set screw or anything left over after assembly. If you're looking for a high-end high quality commercial grade home gym this thing is unreal.. the adjustable bench is awesome. The pulleys are super smooth. This is one very well thought out piece of equipment in my opinion.

Amazing piece of equipment! Very easy to assemble. Only took a couple hours. Everything is smooth and rock solid. I spent months researching these types of machines and feel I made the best choice. Also was very happy that when one of the pieces to assemble was laser cut wrong, customer service got me the right piece in only a couple days. I could not be happier with my purchase. I love my hd1. I was initially going to go with another rack but a targeted ad on Instagram showed me the hd1 and as soon as I watched the highlight video I was sold. Assembly was not super difficult, the instructional video is extremely helpful. And customer support was excellent with helping me troubleshoot an issue I had. Wonderful product, super premium.

Shipping was right on time and while the shipping crate had sustained some damage the parts inside were so meticulously wrapped and packaged that there was zero damage to the contents. The assembly instruction manual could use some updating but when paired with the YouTube assembly video things went together easily and assembly time took about 3 hours.
