    • Bumper Plates are highly durable when used properly. Dropping from chest high cleans is what wears bumper plates our over time. Chest high cleans are perfectly fine when bars are loaded with thick weight and dropped on proper rubber flooring. Dropping with 10's or 15's only on the bar is frowned upon for all brands as these plates are thin and can not withstand impact alone.
