The HD1 series is our flagship design that we consider to be the best value for a properly spec’d and built machine. The HD1 and HD1-S are the same machine, but the S includes a smith machine. At the heart of the HD1 you’ll find the sought after 7.5FT, 11 gauge, 3X3 frame with 1” holes which brings you maximum durability and aftermarket capability for any additional attachments you may want to add in the future.
The cable section delivers well thought-out functionality. The 2:1 cable ratio on the functional trainer gives buttery smooth action for all your accessory movements. The dedicated high towers deliver a heavier load with a 1:1 cable ratio for slower, heavier pulls. Common Questions
How are your prices so good?
We get asked this A LOT. We do everything in our power to align with our customers and marketing expenses are a large factor in that. Third party reviewers are awesome but they take commissions when you click on their links. We are one of the only companies you'll find that does not have any affiliate marketing or collaborations. Essentially, nobody has any incentive to recommend our products. All our videos are made by us and all the content we share on our socials is organic. It may not be as pretty but it allows us to be much more competitive and we pass all that savings onto our customers. Might help you understand why other brands target us and customers love us. We also own our factory and sell direct to consumer only. No dealer or third party markups

Do you offer assembly?
We do! There is an assembly link in the shopping menu of our website if you would like to get a quote or hire an installer. We recommend waiting to purchase that service until your machine arrives.
How wide are the uprights?
All Olympic squat racks are about 47" wide, across all brands and models because an Olympic barbell determines the width. The space between the barbells sleeves. HD1 width is about 47.25"
Why do some pictures show trolley handles on the inside and some on outside?
Like many parts of the HD models, its preference and can install either way. The user manual will recommend mounting them to the inside which keeps them out of the way of plates during free weight training. Most find them avoidable and prefer exterior mounting. If you change your mind after install, you can disassemble the trolley and reverse it without taking apart the machine. It can easily be done with 2 sets of hands in under 5 minutes.
What other parts have install preference?
Trolley handles inside or out.
Pull-up bar fat grip in the front or rear.
Rear cross bar placement.
Weight stack stickers on the inside or outside.
Low row foot port on the left or right side.
Barbell storage hook in the rear, side or interior.
Plate storage on the sides, rear, mounted inside the frame on back cross bars or mounted on the wall.
Do you offer heavier weight stacks?
We don't, because it eats valuable cable travel needed for a 1:1 ratio. You can use the HD adder pin listed in the gym attachments category to add additional weight to the stack. Keep in mind, our towers are @ 115% which gives a true 230lb pull.
What about leg extensions and leg curls?
We will not be making a rack attach leg ext/curl. They take up a lot of space when not in use. They are more difficult to install because they are heavy and harder to get on because you have to mount them high above the cable for full range. For those reasons most customers prefer a bench attached leg option that comes off easy and smaller to store when not in use. Or a dedicated leg ext/curl machine if you have the space.
Can the row plate be mounted on either side?
Yes, you can choose which side you install the port on during the assembly process.

I did a bunch of research before purchasing the HD1. From my understanding, it was suppose to be the best bang for your buck. Is that ever an understatement! I absolutely love everything about the HD1. I’m really surprised at how heavy duty it is. The bolts that hold everything together are 3 times the diameter of my old equipment! Setup was easy following the online setup video. Every time I use this thing I still can’t believe that I own equipment that is this nice. It’s seriously better equipment than any equipment I’ve used at the gym. The pulley systems are incredibly smooth. I’d recommend the HD1 to anybody looking for a home gym.
It was surprisingly easy to assemble. Great quality, very pleased. Also found out my neighbor had ordered the same model last year. Independent of each other we both agreed that it was the best one we'd seen on the market for the price. I particularly selected it because of the sturdy fixed arm pull down 1:1 pulley stations on top corners. 1:1 low row pulley was an added bonus. My whole family is using it now.
Where do I even begin?! Five stars honestly don't do this company or the HD1S justice. From the absolutely INSANE build quality to the lightning-fast shipping and some of the most extraordinary customer service I've ever experienced, Blazzed Fitness has completely blown away every expectation I had!
Let me start by saying that I was originally planning on purchasing the Force USA C20. I had pretty much made up my mind and even reached out to Force USA's customer service team with some questions, specifically letting them know I was seriously considering purchasing their machine. You would think a company would be eager to respond to someone preparing to make such a significant investment. I didn't hear back for over a WEEK. That experience alone made me reconsider where I wanted to spend my hard-earned money.
Then came Blazzed Fitness, and WOW, what a difference!
I reached out with questions about the HD1S, and their responsiveness was nothing short of UNHEARD OF. I'm talking about emails being answered in LESS THAN AN HOUR! Not once did I feel like I was bothering them or that my questions weren't important. Their communication was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. This is the kind of customer service you almost never encounter anymore, especially when making a major purchase. They made me feel valued before I had even spent a dollar!
And then there's the SHIPPING!
My HD1S was a preorder originally scheduled to arrive in early October. Imagine my surprise when it showed up at my doorstep in MID-SEPTEMBER! Weeks ahead of schedule! In a world where companies constantly miss delivery estimates and leave customers waiting, Blazzed Fitness somehow managed to do the complete opposite. Absolutely incredible!

THE HD1S IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST!
The quality is simply OUTSTANDING. The construction, materials, engineering, and overall attention to detail are on another level. Everything about this machine feels substantial, solid, and incredibly well-made. You can immediately tell that this isn't some cheaply manufactured piece of equipment with a premium price tag. This is a serious piece of gym equipment built for people who take their training seriously.
I had extremely high expectations going into this purchase, especially after considering the Force USA C20, and somehow the HD1S managed to EXCEED them. I genuinely couldn't be happier with my decision.
What impresses me most is that Blazzed Fitness doesn't just deliver an amazing product. They deliver an amazing EXPERIENCE. From the very first email to the day the equipment arrived, everything about dealing with this company has been exceptional.

100% satisfied with this equipment. I spent several months researching smith machines and narrowed it down to the HD1S. There were many reasons for making the decision to by this, but reason stands out, "Customer Service". I emailed some questions about the machine along with other machines I was looking at. They immediately replied with honest, up-front answers. No pressure tactics or how bad someone else's equipment was. They did side by side comparisons and gave me a honest answer. I did so much research before my purchase of the HD1-S. I could not be more pleased. My husband and I put the gym together in about 9 hours over the holiday weekend. After what seems like months of trying to decide on an all-in-one , the HD1-S was no doubt the one I wanted. This machine exceeded any expectations I had in build quality, function just plain visual appeal. The build is every bit commercial grade and the cable and smith are extremely smooth. I’ve really missed the option of a cable system in my home gym and this just feels great and options endless. The new updated assembly video was a total life saver. Every once in a while I’d refer to the manual most was done using the video only.
I couldn’t be happier with my HD1. The build quality is outstanding, it’s incredibly smooth to use, and it’s completely transformed my garage gym. The 7’5” frame is perfect for taller lifters, and the dual 200 lb weight stacks have been more than enough for my training. Customer service has also been excellent, they were responsive, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend the Blazzed HD1.

This bad boy is no joke professional gym quality!! Really wasn’t too bad to build either me and my buddy had it set up in a few hours. Directions are terrible lol but there is a step by step video on their website that is spot on. Very happy with my purchase.
The Blazzed HD1 far exceeded my expectations! I was looking at a few different rack sets with the Blazzed HD1 being one of them. What really helped me make the decision to get the HD1 was the comparison video and the clear advantages the HD1 had over others. I knew looking at the HD1 along with the specs it was going to be a great machine, by when it arrived and I started putting it together you could tell the quality was at another level and at that point I knew I made the right decision.
The 11 gauge 3x3 steel and the bolts! Such heavy duty materials. The functionality, the included equipment, the 1:1 and 2:1 ration pulleys. Everything was designed and very thought out! I researched nearly 6 months before deciding on a company to go with for the multifunctional trainer. I can’t find anything to complain about here. Equipment shipped within a week and was at my house. Setup took me two evenings and when I can across an issue, I emailed the customer service directly and they noticed my error from a handful of pictures. Was up and running the next night. This thing is a beast and really all I need in a home gym. Quality seems insane for the price. The screws for this thing will make most men insecure. I have recommended this to anyone I can.

An exceptional experience with Blazzed purchasing the HD1-S. We are very busy professionals and had to purchase an assembly package at check out, where Out of the Box was assigned to process the arrangement and they knocked it out of the park. We have had several sessions on the equipment in the two weeks we’ve had it and the pulley systems are commercial gym like quality. The Smith Machine is buttery smooth and the ability to store all accessories and weight plates is a huge space savings.

I will keep my review simple. Don't think just buy super quality home gym. I have 2 gym memberships and I bought this machine. I plan to cancel my gym memberships. I dont think a machine gets better than this. It took 2 of us about 7 hours to build and it was super simple. I did install my pull up bar upside down so I have enough room for pull ups. Ceiling height 93 inches. Watch the installation video and read instructions. Customer service has been beyond excellent. Every time I emailed and asked a question, a response was received the same day. I had placed a second order for some attachments almost a week later. Customer service emailed and stated the attachment I have ordered doesnt fit the machine I have bought. So they asked me if I would like the right attachment instead. I confirmed and they sent me the right attachment.
Item come by freight. Was on a skid and delivered inside my garage. It took about 5 hours with two people (me and my wife) fairly simple to put together with the video that was online. I was short one weight plate and a couple bolts contacted the manufacturer and they instantly got back with me and sent me the parts that were missing. Definitely love the machine. Smith machine is smooth. I love the separate pulley for one-to-one ratio and for 2 to 1 ratio works out very well. Highly recommend.

The HD1-S is a very well built tank with high quality pulleys and cables and is without question commercial gym quality that will last my lifetime. Both the cables and smith machine operate very smoothly. Beautiful to look at as well! Came two weeks before promised and was VERY well packaged. Installation went very smoothly thanks to the installation video. I referenced it the whole way and it took all the guesswork out. I did a ton of research for over two months before purchasing and found nothing that came close to HD1-S quality and features at a $3499 price. I looked at Rep, Force USA and even visited the Rogue showroom. I would have to pay thousands more and in some cases almost double to get an equal product/accessories or even a cheaper built machine for over $1000 more with some of the budget brands. Customer service thus far has been elite. Cailer and Pat are friendly and respond to email questions/concerns promptly and professionally. Great! Shipping came as expected. It was packaged in a wooden crate with every piece bubble wrapped. We have a forklift so it made easy work getting into the building. Assembly went smoothly, We watched the 16 minute video and it's the only way we were able to assemble it in a stress free timely manner. Paper instructions alone would have been difficult to follow. We have an RV Park and this is going to make a great addition to our gym. Our senior men and women tenants find it easy to use. The addition of the add on grip accessory kit works great with their grip strength, no worries with blisters with the bars and thin skins. Switching between workouts is easy, one lady mentioned to be mindful of hand/finger placement when adjusting pulley height. Cables are smooth and sturdy at all weights. The variety of workouts is great to keep everyone motivated with plenty of options. This is high end professional equipment and heavy duty, the bolts are way overkill but the guys all like how tough it looks. We would someday like to get a Blazzed workbench, but our Ritfit bench will have to do for now. We researched for months before purchasing. Overall perfect machine, quality and price for all ages and abilities including up to our oldest user at 78 years .
This rack is by far my favorite out of all that I’ve owned! I’m a talker so the emailing back and forth got to me a bit but customer service was on point. I had a few dinged and damaged items but I expected that with how heavy it is and how careless/lazy shipping company employees are but blazzed hooked it up and fast!!!
